Heather Hunt - Partner

Heather's practice focuses on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, succession and transition planning, contract negotiations, corporate financing and compliance matters, banking and lending, and real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and guardianship.

Heather grew up in Altoona, Wisconsin, and graduated in 1993 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Communication.  She earned her J.D. in 1997 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Heather currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Foundation, Inc. Previously, she served on the board of numerous other civic and professional organizations, including among them, the United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley and the Community Foundation of Chippewa County. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her adult daughters, hiking, cooking, reading, and she is an enthusiastic Badger fan. On Wisconsin!
